WOMEN MOVING FORWARD MINISTRIES
Women Moving Forward Ministries in Los Angeles believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. We believe that there is One God, the Father eternal and self-existing in three-person’s (FATHER, Son, Holy Spirit).
We believe that we are in need of a Savior and that is Jesus Christ. We have a Sovereign God who shows Mercy and Love, and forgiveness of sins to mankind. With this revelation in mind, we know that as we grow and mature in the pure Word of God, one develops a strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our goal is to encourage, inspire, and allow God to stir-up the Gift that He has given to women. We will provide a platform where women can come, grow, be empowered, and equipped to share the Word of God.
W.M.F.M. believes that there is someone waiting for you to bless them with the Word of God, as you step out into the vision the Father has entrusted you with. We want you to go from FAITH TO FAITH from FULLNESS to OVERFLOWING. W.M.F.M’s goal is helping women and others realize their God given potential!!!!

Meet the Minister
Dr. Genise Brown
Dr. Genise Brown is an ordained minister of the Gospel with over a decade of ministry experience. She served at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Men’s Central Jail (MCJ) in Los Angeles, California and CRDF Women's Detention Center, in Lynwood CA. Dr. Brown severed also at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, as Chaplain Intern-in the Spiritual Care Dept. She is a native of South-Central Los Angeles. She has been a member of Crenshaw Christian Center since a teenager. She has grown spiritually under the Word of God through the anointed teachings of Apostle Frederick K.C. Price, and Pastor Frederick Price Jr.
Together with her late husband of 36 years, Stanley Brown, they successfully raised two Spirit-filled daughters who love the Lord. Professionally she is retired and had worked in the Entertainment Industry, as an assist. property master for more than 26 years.
In 2010, she answered the call to ministry. Upon completion of receiving her AA Degree in Biblical Studies from Apostle Frederick Price Ministry Training Institute (AFPMTI), Genise stepped out into Ministry and she responded to the invitation to begin teaching the Word of God. She stands on II Timothy 3:17, “Knowing that the men and woman of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
